Federico Hoyos
With a career spanning key governmental roles, Federico brings a deep understanding of Colombian politics. Serving as a Presidential Advisor for Political Affairs (2020), Ambassador of Colombia to Canada (2018-2020), and a Congressman (2014-2018) on the Foreign Affairs, National Security, and Foreign Trade Committee, he offers insights enriched by practical experience.
Federico's academic foundation includes a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Government and Public Policy from EAFIT University. He also pursued the Phoenix Institute program for Advanced Political Studies at the University of Notre Dame, solidifying his expertise.
In addition to his role as Managing Partner, Federico is the Executive Director of a nonprofit dedicated to instilling applied ethics and values in young individuals. He's also an active member of various boards and has an op-ed column in El Colombiano.

Gregorio Restrepo
Gregorio holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from EAFIT University. He has served as an advisor to Federico across significant roles, including the House of Representatives (2017-2018), the Embassy of Colombia in Canada (2019), and the Presidential Office for Political Affairs (2020).
Since 2021, Gregorio's expertise has expanded to encompass Fundación Grupo Argos, where he advises on Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. His focus centers on community engagement in low-income neighborhoods in Medellin.
